JHA undertook research for Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery, the Wordsworth Trust and Lakeland Arts Trust in support of their Major Partner Museum bid to the Arts Council

Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery transferred from being a local authority museum to being an independent charitable trust in 2011.  They wanted to determine a new admissions policy for the Trust and Julia Holberry Associates were commissioned to research the options and advise on the best pricing strategy for them.

In addition  project involved interviewing stakeholders, anaylsis of services and processes and identification of areas for joint working.
