JHA wrote the Volunteering Plan in support of the RAF Museum’s Round 2 NLHF bid
Julia worked with the RAF Museum in Hendon and Cosford to write their Volunteering Plan and Training Plan as part of their Round 2 Activity plan. There are over 300 volunteers spread between the two sites. The RAF Museum wish to shift the profile of their volunteers, introduce new roles and develop a new training and skills programme. The work included interviews with senior staff responsible for volunteers, two workshops to discuss the future of volunteering at the RAF Museum and the shape of the skills audit and Training Plan. The Volunteering Plan was submitted as a supporting document to the NLHF bid.
The Activity Plan also included a Volunteering Plan, Training Plan and Evaluation Framework.
