JHA project managed the Our Warwickshire successful Round 2 NLHF application.

Julia Holberry Associates worked with Warwickshire Museum Service to develop their Round 2 bid for redisplay and refocus of the Market Hall Museum in Warwick as a County Museum for Warwick.   We project managed the process, including helping to appoint designers and IT consultants, and actively working with the staff to develop ideas for interpretation, writing the Activity Plan and drafting the Round 2 application form.

Our Warwickshire secured their £960,000 Round 2 funding in December 2014
