Claire specialises in helping museums and heritage sites embed into their communities and in connecting communities with their heritage by working as an Expert Adviser on Access and Learning for NLHF, monitoring and mentoring projects. She project manages projects to gain substantial NLHF funding, researches and writes NLHF Activity Plans for successful NLHF Heritage Grants. Claire has worked with Julia Holberry Associates for several years researching and writing Activity Plans including Abney Cemetery, The Hold, Ipswich Museum and Clare Castle Country Park. She works as a Critical Friend on projects to help museums, community groups, churches and special interest groups to develop their projects to the highest standards and also delivers training about museum development, community engagement and co-creations for local, regional and national organisations.
