JHA reviewed two arts organisations for Best Value.

Julia Holberry Associates worked in collaboration with V4 to undertake a service review of Flowerfield Arts Centre and the Riverside Theatre at the University of Ulster, including operational and value for money assessments.  The methodology included in depth research into the operation of the services, interviewing officers, members and stakeholders and research into comparator organisations.  The report has been well received by Officers and is currently being considered by Members.
