JHA reviewed the Joint Arrangements between Buckinghamshire County Council and Milton Keynes Council for the provision of museum and archive services.

The work took the form of careful analysis of current agreements, comparator research into similar and different models across the country and delicate negotiation between museums and archive providers from both organisations.

The Joint Arrangements review has been completed and a new Agreement drawn up between the parties.  Communications between Milton Keynes and Bucks have improved dramatically as a result of the process.
