Peterborough City Council is considering the options to establish a new National Museum of the Bronze Age in Peterborough, following the discovery of eight unique and near complete log boats at Must Farm.
As part of a wider team, project managed by Atkins, Julia wrote the Business Plan for the new facility, looking at the potential for income generation and the financial implications for expenditure. The work included comparator research, assessment of risk and sensitivity analyses.
