We wrote the Business Plan in support of Plymouth City Museum and Art Gallery’s Round 1 HLF bid and provided general support and guidance for writing the application and its backing documents.

Julia Holberry Associates, with Alis Templeton,  wrote the Business Plan to support Plymouth Museum and Art Gallery’s Round 1 NLHF bid, which proposed bringing together the collections of the Museum, Art Gallery, Records Office, Local Studies Library, South West Film and TV Archive and the South West Image Bank into a single building in the centre of Plymouth.

The work included analysis of the current service, including its strengths and weaknesses, helping to formulate a new vision and strategy and quantifying the governance, partnership, staffing and financial implications for implementing the new vision.

They received their Round 1 pass in June 2014, with development funding towards a £12.8m grant from the NLHF.
