We undertook a review of Senhouse Roman Museum, which included vision, market assessment, staffing and Governance

Julia worked with the Senhouse Roman Museum on the west Cumbrian coast to review their governance structure.  This work has involved extensive consultation with trustees, staff, volunteers and stakeholders, analysis of the current service, market research and a skills audit. All the research was brought together for discussion by trustee, staff and volunteers at two stakeholder workshops and the final report completed in the light of ideas and comments made at those sessions.
