JHA helped the Wordsworth Trust analyse their current operating model, in order to determine the best management and staffing structure to deliver their planned activities and services.

Julia Holberry Associates worked closely with the Wordsworth Trust senior management team and their staff teams for eight months, through workshops, meetings and individual interviews, to review their vision, staffing structures and operational model, consulting widely with other organisations and benchmarking them again other museums.
