A senior level strategist across the full breadth of the arts, heritage and creative industries sectors, Emma’s dynamic approach and deep understanding of the stakeholder ecosystem will ensure she adds value from the get go. Emma has worked with Julia Holberry Associates since 2007. Since then, either as part of the JHA team or independently, she has delivered over 40 successful NHLF Audience Development or Activity Plans. She is a Chartered Marketer, Member of the Museums Association, Market Research Society and Creative Industries Federation.
Emma specialises in audience/visitor research, advocacy and brand development, evaluation and integrated marketing communications strategies. She is particularly skilled and proven in creative community engagement and co-creation consultation programmes. Recent clients include Hull City of Culture 2017, the Arts Council, Historic Royal Palaces, Arts for Health Milton Keynes and Amberley Museum.
